SHANYUE HE

Terms & conditions

These terms govern purchases from SHANYUE HE. Placing an order means you accept them — please read them before you buy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

About us and contact

SHANYUE HE sells handmade linen clothing from the United Kingdom. You can reach us at [email protected] for general questions and [email protected] for order-related requests.

Products and sizing

Every piece is made in small batches from natural linen. Small variations in weave, colour and floral detailing are part of the craft, not defects. Measurements per size are listed in the size guide on each product page.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in EUR, GBP or USD as selected in the shop and are final consumer prices; where VAT applies it is included in the displayed price. Shipping is charged separately and quoted at checkout before you pay.

You can pay by card (processed by Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay) or, where offered, arrange payment personally with us after placing the order. An order paid by card is confirmed once the payment succeeds; a manual-payment order is confirmed when we contact you.

Delivery

We ship from the UK to the destinations and within the timeframes set out in the shipping policy. Delivery estimates are business days and start when the order is dispatched. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Right to cancel (14 days)

As a consumer in the UK or EU you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods and return them for a refund, as described in the returns policy. To cancel before dispatch, contact us via the support page and we will stop the shipment where possible.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us at [email protected] — you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under consumer law, and we will cover the return postage for faulty items.

Liability and governing law

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
