Every order is cut, checked and wrapped in recycled paper before it ships from the United Kingdom. Rates and delivery estimates below are quoted live at checkout for your destination.
Where we ship
We ship domestically within the United Kingdom, across Europe (EU, EEA and Switzerland), and worldwide. If your country isn't accepted at checkout, write to [email protected] and we will look into it.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days (each piece is finished by hand). Delivery estimates per zone and method are shown at checkout and on the rate table below; they are business days and begin at dispatch. You receive a shipping email with the carrier and tracking details the moment your parcel leaves.
Customs and import duties
Parcels outside the United Kingdom may be subject to local import duties or taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility. Any customs delay is outside our control, though we are always happy to help chase a parcel.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking code from your confirmation email on our track page at any time to see your order's status. Once dispatched, the carrier tracking link is shown there and in your shipping email.
