Returns & refunds

We want every piece to be worn for years — but if something isn't right, returning it is simple. This policy implements your 14-day right of withdrawal under UK and EU distance-selling rules.

The essentials

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition; linen creases from trying a piece on are completely fine.

How to start a return

Open the support page, choose "Return" (or "Refund"), and enter your order number or tracking code together with the name on the order. Tell us which items you are returning — we reply with the return address and instructions, usually within one business day.

Refunds

Once the return arrives (or you show proof of postage), we refund the full item price and the standard delivery cost you paid, using your original payment method, within 14 days. Card refunds are issued through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Return postage for a change-of-mind return is paid by you; for faulty or incorrect items we cover it.

Exchanges

For a different size, the quickest route is to return the original for a refund and place a new order — made-in-small-batch pieces can sell out, so this secures your size fastest. Mention the exchange in your support request and we will do our best to hold the piece.

Cancelling before dispatch

Changed your mind straight away? Contact support with the topic "Cancel order" — if the parcel hasn't been dispatched we cancel and refund in full immediately.
